The public guided tour covers the key rooms of the permanent exhibition Lake, Fell and People in 45 minutes: fishermen and log drivers, village schools and the beginnings of tourism on Lake Johku.
When
- September–May: Sundays at 13:00 (in Finnish)
- June–August: daily at 13:00 (in Finnish) and Mon–Fri at 15:00 (in English)
Prices
Adult €18, child 7–17 €8, student and senior €14, under 7 free. Museum admission is included.
Up to 25 people per tour. Please arrive 10 minutes early; the tour starts in the downstairs lobby.
